Dr. Kakar has 10 years of experience in dentistry. It was her very own dentist of 34 years, and building patient relationships that inspired her to get into the field. Dr. Kakar's favorite procedure is cosmetic crowns and bonding. Dr. Kakar' loves fashion, and working out. She has 2 golden doodles, Leo and Bella!

Dr. Kakar joined our team in 2024, and she brings over a decade of experience to our practice. She enjoys the artistry and personal relationships that go into delivering high-quality dentistry, and she also feels fortunate to work alongside such a great team. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Kakar comes from a family of physicians (her father and older brother are doctors), and she had a lot of positive dental experiences growing up. This is what initially put dentistry on her radar. After learning more about the profession and seeing how it enabled someone to be creative, connect with all types of people, and improve their lives in a wide variety of ways, she knew it was the right path for her.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Kakar earned both her undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Michigan. Today, she is Invisalign certified and routinely takes continuing education to keep her skills and knowledge up to date.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Kakar’s favorite thing to do other than dentistry is travel, but otherwise, you’ll usually find her learning about fashion, working out, or relaxing with her two Goldendoodles, Leo and Bella.
